Xie Jiaxing | R&D Supervisor and Fusion Diagnostics R&D Expert: PhD in plasma physics from USTC. Focuses on terahertz laser interferometry, terahertz gas lasers and imaging-system development, advancing research toward products.
Li Weiming | Deputy General Manager and Head of Product Production and Delivery: Associate research professor with a PhD in plasma physics from USTC. Participates in fusion-device interferometric diagnostic-system development and coordinates product production, delivery and industry–academia–research collaboration.
Dr. Liu | Head of Plasma Diagnostic Design: Responsible for plasma diagnostic schemes and system design.
Dr. Li | Plasma Diagnostics Engineering Expert: Participates in diagnostic-system engineering and technical implementation.
As of 30 June 2026, the R&D department had 42 employees, representing 51.9% of all full-time employees; 38.1% held a master’s degree or above. R&D staff averaged more than eight years of industry experience and professional knowledge. Collaboration covers diagnostic systems, modules, software, testing and verification, on-site installation and commissioning, and operation and maintenance.
